Technical Pre-Sales Manager

Description : Responsible for providing technical consultancy & aligning towards Organizations objectives in customer communications management (CCM) space. Responsible for interacting with delivery and sales team; doing the system study and preparing the specification document, understanding their business & technology needs and advise sales team accordingly. Designing, coordinating and presentation of Proof of Concept (POC)/tailored solution work closely with Sales team. Manage and participate in operational issues related to a specific engagement in terms of technical and delivery issues. Project Management Skills required - PMI Certification or equivalent preferred. Provide Technical Support to US Sales Team - for Proof of Concept, Solutioning, Facilitating Delivery. Proven track record in providing Technical Pre-Sales Support for US & European clients. Engage with US Clients to acquire, deliver, expand FCI’s CCM Professional Services.

Profile : A graduate/masters in engineering preferably in Computer Science or IT. Should possess exceptional communication and must possess problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent technical leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams. Good experience in technical project management in an IT software organisation. Must have excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience : 5+ years of experience with hands-on software sales or Technical Pre-Sales “US Visa”- Preferred

JAVA developer

Description : Break down user and technical stories into tasks and work on them. Write unit and integration test cases. Participate in code reviews and refactoring. Attend daily scrum meetings. Work along with the engineering lead and senior architect to complete work. Excellant communication skills. Should be able to mentor/train junior engineers/freshers. participate in the bi-annual internship hiring process of the company.

Profile : Have from 2+ years of Java software development experience preferably on a product. Exceptional programming skills in Java, Shell Scripting is a plus. Have fair knowledge of using Maven as a build tool. Has fair knowledge of working with Git, Eclipse. Fair knowledge of Spring Boot, REST, Hibernate. Fair knowledge of MySQL. Fair knowledge of logback or log4j2. Should be comforatble working on unix systems. Knowldge of AWS hosting, MySQL tuning is a plus. .

Experience : Have from 2+ years of Java software development experience preferably on a product.

Software Engineer (Java)

Description : Providing technical oversight to the team, involved in design and code review. The candidate would also be spending most of the time in development activities in varied technologies, should have a passion to write code.Should be able to create good technical documents. You will:- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization - Prepare the technical design of complex technology components as well as suggest the pros and cons of using a certain technology stack or - component or design pattern versus another to the clients.

Profile : Good Communication Skills. Experience with handling high severity production issues. Should be efficient in delivering PoCs for existing customers. Qualifications: BTECH/MTECH/MCA - Should have 3-5 years of experience - Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems with a knack for writing clean, readable Java code, writing reusable Java libraries along with knowledge of multithreading, concurrency patterns, collections and using and designing Lambdas in Java - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming along with various design and architectural patterns- Hands on experience with JMS, JPA, Spring (MVC, Spring-Data, Spring-Security & Spring-Integration Spring-Cloud [preferred]) & JPA - Hands on Experience in using container technologies like Docker - Experience with Presentation Layer (JSP/Servlets), JS Frameworks (Angular, jquery, react etc) - Caching frameworks and technologies like Ehcache, Geode, Redis - Messaging technologies like RabbitMQ - Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes and experience with both external and embedded databases - Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and build Maven/Gradle; continuous integration - (Preferable) to have worked with BPMN technologies like Flowable, Activiti etc. - (Preferable) to have worked with Container Orchestration technologies like Kubernetes - (Preferable) NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra etc.

Inside Sales Manager

Description : Responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales department and business generation process. Build a robust inside sales team that exceeds sales goals. Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads & prospects. Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily dial goals. Evaluate and improve inside sales and sales administration processes. Provide coaching for existing Executives, and training for new representatives. Work with Human Resources to determine appropriate staffing levels. Report to outside sales - metrics, opportunities, and threats. Suggest improvements that can be made to increase value of Marketing Communications Collateral /Email Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system. Provide data quality checks weekly.

Profile : University degree and a related work experience. 8+ years work experience in business-to-business (B2B) environment - preferred US Sales /International experience. Familiarity with sales process. Excellent verbal communication skill is required. Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times. Strong work ethics leading inside sales team by example: minimal missed days & hands on inside sales experience should be able to use that. Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Highly proficient computer skills including email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Be flexible with shift timings Sales focus initially North America later will cover other countries including UK, APAC & ME.

Business Development Manager

Description : Candidate will be responsible for selling CCM related software solutions into new BFSI and telecom accounts. The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and need to have demonstrated experience with: • Develop account business plans for strategic enterprise and commercial accounts to promote software, services and training. • Uses specialty to leverage existing opportunities and branch into more than one business unit in the account. • Establish a professional working relationship with decision makers and C-Level to develop a core understanding of the client’s unique business needs. • Builds growth opportunities leveraging the account planning process; actively manages planning process through scheduled client reviews. • Responsible for achieving yearly quota for software and service solutions. • Implements pipeline management practices while maintaining opportunities in Salesforce.com on a weekly basis.

Profile : Bachelor's or Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration (MBA), sales, finance, marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Customer Communication Management industry and competing software solutions in BFSI and telecom industry sectors is a plus. Description : Candidate should have a good knowledge of all Inspire Designer Modules and its functionalities. Candidate should be capable enough to work with Inspire Automation, Inspire Interactive, Inspire Approval and Inspire Content Manager.

Profile : Minimum 3 years’ experience with GMC PrintNetT/Inspire. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with minimum of 3 to 4 years as a GMC Inspire Developer.
