Business System Analyst

Description : About the JOB Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into detailed use cases. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. HR Executive / Payroll Executive

Description : Payroll: • The primary responsibility is for managing company Payroll and statutory compliance • Should have End to End Exposure on complete payroll processing • Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement, statutory compliance, Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns, Income tax • Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making • Taking care of PF, ESIC and Mediclaim processing • Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries • Preparation & Submission of Quarterly and Annual TDS returns • Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently • Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information • Complete F&F calculation of resigned employees should be handled along with the all due clearance procedures and ensure that all the exit formalities are conducted HR Operations: • Facilitate Employee Engagement Processes across locations, be creative to plan & execute all employee engagement activities • Facilitating Performance evaluation of Employees • Preparing and issuing all types of employee letters • Supporting in Routine Operational activities Record Maintenance: • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained • Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations • Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction action

Technical Pre-Sales Manager

Description : Responsible for providing technical consultancy & aligning towards Organizations objectives in customer communications management (CCM) space. Responsible for interacting with delivery and sales team; doing the system study and preparing the specification document, understanding their business & technology needs and advise sales team accordingly. Designing, coordinating and presentation of Proof of Concept (POC)/tailored solution work closely with Sales team. Manage and participate in operational issues related to a specific engagement in terms of technical and delivery issues. Project Management Skills required - PMI Certification or equivalent preferred. Provide Technical Support to US Sales Team - for Proof of Concept, Solutioning, Facilitating Delivery. Profile : A graduate/masters in engineering preferably in Computer Science or IT. Description : Providing technical oversight to the team, involved in design and code review. The candidate would also be spending most of the time in development activities in varied technologies, should have a passion to write code.Should be able to create good technical documents. Inside Sales Manager

Description : Responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales department and business generation process. Build a robust inside sales team that exceeds sales goals. Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads & prospects. Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily dial goals. Evaluate and improve inside sales and sales administration processes. Provide coaching for existing Executives, and training for new representatives. Work with Human Resources to determine appropriate staffing levels. Report to outside sales - metrics, opportunities, and threats. Suggest improvements that can be made to increase value of Marketing Communications Collateral /Email Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system. Profile : University degree and a related work experience. 8+ years work experience in business-to-business (B2B) environment - preferred US Sales /International experience. Description : Candidate will be responsible for selling CCM related software solutions into new BFSI and telecom accounts. The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and need to have demonstrated experience with: • Develop account business plans for strategic enterprise and commercial accounts to promote software, services and training. • Uses specialty to leverage existing opportunities and branch into more than one business unit in the account. • Establish a professional working relationship with decision makers and C-Level to develop a core understanding of the client’s unique business needs. • Builds growth opportunities leveraging the account planning process; actively manages planning process through scheduled client reviews. • Responsible for achieving yearly quota for software and service solutions. • Implements pipeline management practices while maintaining opportunities in Salesforce.com on a weekly basis.

Profile : Bachelor's or Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration (MBA), sales, finance, marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Customer Communication Management industry and competing software solutions in BFSI and telecom industry sectors is a plus.
