Senior Manager - HR

Description : We are looking for an Sr. Manager - HR to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes and to head the HR department. As an Sr. Manager - HR, you will be responsible for all employee-related issues. This means that your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. About the Job: • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues • Manage the recruitment and selection process • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization • Nurture a positive working environment • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance • Maintain pay plan and benefits program • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Senior Marketing Manager

Description : Roles and Responsibilities: • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans (International & Domestic) for the company. • Manage Marketing Communication function of the company • Develop and implement internal & external communication strategies • Present Marketing strategy, plans, analysis/results, and budgets to the CEO level • Qualified Revenue generating Leads through various marketing activities: o Digital marketing campaigns. o Social media. o SEO and superior web presence • Prior experience of marketing for IT/ITES business is a must. • Messaging, communication to be crystalized and executed in helping generate revenue. • Build content around the product / service to be pushed across channels. • Manage the team to perform accurate data generation for digital marketing activities for its target markets / companies. • Team Management. Java Lead

Description : Work closely with the Product Manager / Tech Manager /Architect to define the deliverable. Mentor and motivate the team to achieve deadlines. Manage a team of 4-5 engineers Should understand whats required to solve a problem in a variety of dimensions Write code for complex modules. Work with Architect to define the product architecture. Define the coding guidelines and ensure that the team stick to it. Perform code reviews based on agreed guidelines.

Profile : A graduate/masters in engineering preferably in Computer Science or IT with consistent academic grades all across. Should possess exceptional communication and problem solving capabilities. You should have 5-8 + years of experience working in product or large scale IT company and have good programming experience in either Java/JEE OR Dot Net OR Web Stack out of which at least 2-3 years in managing engineering teams. Proficient in agile/scrum or iterative way of development methodology Ability to manage to cross functional teams (BA, tech writer, Architect, Developer, UI/UX and QA).

Inside Sales Manager

Description : Responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales department and business generation process. Build a robust inside sales team that exceeds sales goals. Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads & prospects. Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily dial goals. Evaluate and improve inside sales and sales administration processes. Provide coaching for existing Executives, and training for new representatives. Work with Human Resources to determine appropriate staffing levels. Report to outside sales - metrics, opportunities, and threats. Suggest improvements that can be made to increase value of Marketing Communications Collateral /Email Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system. Provide data quality checks weekly.

Profile : University degree and a related work experience. 8+ years work experience in business-to-business (B2B) environment - preferred US Sales /International experience. Familiarity with sales process. Excellent verbal communication skill is required. Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times. Strong work ethics leading inside sales team by example: minimal missed days & hands on inside sales experience should be able to use that. Business Development Manager

Description : Candidate will be responsible for selling CCM related software solutions into new BFSI and telecom accounts. The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and need to have demonstrated experience with: • Develop account business plans for strategic enterprise and commercial accounts to promote software, services and training. • Uses specialty to leverage existing opportunities and branch into more than one business unit in the account. • Establish a professional working relationship with decision makers and C-Level to develop a core understanding of the client’s unique business needs. • Builds growth opportunities leveraging the account planning process; actively manages planning process through scheduled client reviews. • Responsible for achieving yearly quota for software and service solutions. • Implements pipeline management practices while maintaining opportunities in Salesforce.com on a weekly basis.

Profile : Bachelor's or Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration (MBA), sales, finance, marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Customer Communication Management industry and competing software solutions in BFSI and telecom industry sectors is a plus. Description : Providing technical oversight to the team, involved in design and code review. The candidate would also be spending most of the time in development activities in varied technologies, should have a passion to write code.Should be able to create good technical documents. You will:- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization - Prepare the technical design of complex technology components as well as suggest the pros and cons of using a certain technology stack or - component or design pattern versus another to the clients.

Profile : Good Communication Skills. Experience with handling high severity production issues. Should be efficient in delivering PoCs for existing customers. Key Account Manager

Description : Responsible for client relation management, effectively responding to the day to day queries/requests from customers and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Will act as a SPOC (Single point of contact) between the customer and all relevant divisions. Managing the track of MIS for the all the key accounts and ensure timely placements as per the SOP/SLA's of the client, Will visit client's site frequently, as and when required. Must be a leader, playing an integral role in the business and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.

Profile : The candidate should be from Logistics or Courier industry, who have similar experience into client account handling.
