Executive - Talent Acquisition

Description : Understand the requirement, as per the job descriptions and job specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Source and recruit candidates by using Naukri portal, databases, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Program Manager

Description : The Program Manager will come with good, hands-on experience coordinating/managing delivery teams that leverage offshore resources for software solutions engagements for global customers. The Program Manager shall also be responsible for preparation of technical project documentation, preparation, tracking and management of project plans, resource scheduling & management and customer interaction, amongst other things. Acts as primary point of offshore contact to the customer and coordinates between client and India delivery center. Daily coordination with client via phone/email. Work with our customers to help them achieve their business goals with CCM products. Identify customer needs, where FCI can serve with new products and features. Help build the team, tools and processes needed to serve an ever-increasing portion of our customer base. Work with our Sales, Support and Product teams to make sure customers have the best possible experience across all aspects of FCI.

Profile : Science or Engineering graduate/ post-graduate degree preferred. Sound understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle. 5+ years of experience in program Management or related field. Should possess excellent written and oral communication skills- English. Prior experience in working with international clients. Delivery Manager

Description : As Delivery Manager you will manage one or more software development projects and supervise the delivery of a high-quality service to overseas customers, and ensure delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. This position is a customer facing role, and requires to establish and manage expectations within the business and drive team to achieve those expectations to a high standard. Maintain high performing software development function for all IT services offered to the customers. Provide direction to the team for design and development from definition phase through implementation. Review work of development team, identify deficiencies and implement effective solutions. Manage risks related to scope, time, resource and technology throughout the project. Monitor, control and support software delivery; ensuring processes, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed. Accountable for the quality of services and performance, drive internal review meetings covering performance, improvements, quality and processes. Key Account Manager

Description : Responsible for client relation management, effectively responding to the day to day queries/requests from customers and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Will act as a SPOC (Single point of contact) between the customer and all relevant divisions. Managing the track of MIS for the all the key accounts and ensure timely placements as per the SOP/SLA's of the client, Will visit client's site frequently, as and when required. Must be a leader, playing an integral role in the business and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.

Profile : The candidate should be from Logistics or Courier industry, who have similar experience into client account handling. Have decent writing/verbal communication skills (English).Have good in entertaining client mails, Hands on experience in key account management and delivery part, must have good knowledge of MIS and MS Excel.

Production Manager

Description : Responsible for handling all the Offset printing requirements of our plants. All centers will place order of their printing stationary, so have to organize, control and monitor the flow of printed materials. Check the itinerary, confirming the product specifications, arrangements for adjustments, oversee the work of the staff in the department. Has to get it done at Manesar and in some cases from outside printing companies. Monitor the quality of the product/services and ensure deadlines are met. Will be also responsible for printing, post printing activity and dispatch to the respective location. Work as part of a team, liaising with sales managers, editors, graphic designers, project managers and art directors.

Profile : Have done similar type of work in any of the printing company. As Production Coordinator/Executive/Manager. Ability to think on your feet and to troubleshoot/solve problems at short notice. Ability to anticipate pitfalls and steer projects around them. Ability to manage and implement change. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Description : Identifies database requirements by interviewing customers; analyzing department applications, programming, and operations; evaluating existing systems and designing proposed systems. Recommends solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up, and recovery specifications. Installs revised or new systems by proposing specifications and flowcharts; recommending optimum access techniques; coordinating installation requirements. Maintains database performance by calculating optimum values for database parameters; implementing new releases; completing maintenance requirements; evaluating computer operating systems and hardware products. Process Engineer

Description : - Analyzing organizational metrics performance and helping projects understand, evaluate and improve their performance quantitatively. - Establishing performance baselines and helping project teams to establish project level performance baselines. - Working with teams sitting in various geo locations ( at least 5) - Metric Analysis: Perform Effort Variance Analysis and come up with appropriate recommendations for estimation process improvements. - Check the estimation tools and effort variance data periodically to identify the changes required in the process. - Monitor the Productivity, Effort Variance and Usage of Estimation tools and publish monthly and quarterly dashboards - Support productivity and estimation related queries from delivery teams - Provide support to delivery/bid teams client visits and proposals - Work with teams to do RCA analysis.
